Fulcrum Suspensions Hillcrest

Do not use this company! I took my clubsport to get new rear springs fitted and brake rotors machined. It took two day to fit springs then they took the brake rotors off only to learn that they were not thick enought to be machined, a simple measurement would have told them this and did not even offer to give me a price for new rotors or fix the problem. I went to pick up my car only to find one of my rims had been gutter rashed and the other had a paint chip missing. Owner John said he would get this fixed and be in touch, after a week of not hearing anything i decided to call. He refused to fix the problem and said he had this happen before! These guys a meant to be suspension and brake experts,what a joke! I wish i had read all the google reviews before i took my car there.

The worst experience of our livesUnder qualified and inexperienced staff seen my husband’s wheel fall off doing 100 kms down the highwayTow truck delivered it to their door and we got “we don’t have time to fix the damages now” and “it’s just one of those things that happen”We are seeking compensation as my husband could of been seriously injured if not worse, do not recommend Hillcrest at allAvoid it and use someone elseShould of gone to pedders

I would give zero star rating, if it was an option.I had my suspension fitted here and they failed to undertake a 3 point check, or undertake an inspection of the vehicle before taking it out on a test drive after installing my 2 inch lift kit. The sway bar wasn't reconnected properly or checked, they took my car of for a test drive and the sway bar had come down and made contact with my CV, tearing the boot and making a large tear in it and sending grease everywhere. My vehicle was left in an undriveable state that Friday, and was stuck there over the weekend and till Monday afternoon. The manager is rude and didn't seem to show any genuine remorse, his response was we are only human

Having worked in the industry previously its not very often I actually get listened too and actually get the parts I'm after and not got sold what parts places think I need.. the crew at fulcrum Hillcrest are awesome. Very friendly team and great service and prices are reasonable as well even for supply only..will definitely go back for my suspension and steering needs

I've been there twice and both times have been a carry on..The first time, I had a suspension lift put in my Triton and they couldn't fit the right front spring. The front kept sagging because of the bullbar and winch. I had to go back 3 times in the same week before they got it right.The second time I took my Hilux there, I wanted a wedge put in in-between the leaf springs and the rear axle to angle the diff up towards the gearbox. So the tail shaft sits at a better angle to eliminate a vibration. 350 dollars later for a simple 8 nut job.. they put the wedge in the wrong way and made the vibration worse. I tried to tell them they angled the diff down instead of up but they were the Professionals" and knew what they were doing.....I went straight to a different suspension place and they put them in the right way. problem solved. I will never be going there again."

I was looking for aftermarket suspension bushes for my 69 Camaro. A couple of the other big name" suspension shops didn't want to know me. Ken at Hillcrest Fulcrum not only went out of his way

Where do I start , completely avoid complete unprofessional business which is way over there headDropped my Ute off for some minor repairs to then be waiting behind for 1 hr after closing time until 6 at night for only half the repairs done to the Ute, I originally paid for all the work assuming it was complete to the check over the Ute to find 2x cv not has been replaced, then queried about that and gave me a future date to book it in for the repairs . To then on the drive home my car now spitting codes - they had broken the front right calibre censor and just left it now not taking responsibility for it.I have them inquired about that also to then denying everything, I have now canceled the cv replacement and asked for a refund to take some where else and they have hit me with all the extra cost the apparently forgot from the original quoting.Honest this is just extremely sad because I though the team was mean to be a reputable brand but this experience I will never be returning the fulcrum and what ever goes around comes around ….
