Dodgy roof construction, developed a leak (only 2 years old, but have been told by builder that he had to come fix the same issue with the previous owner), I also have a mould problem now. Also I found out that my air conditioner fan is NOT fixed on the roof, it's just sliding around!It took trips to multiple locations and calls to many numbers to find the builder, almost all the contact details on the webpage is incorrect and even on google it leads to a private residential address, not his office. Apparently it was due to his business undergoing restructuring...Upon review of the builder's paperworks, he has proven to be free of any form of bankruptcy, and is insured however, I would still be highly cautious of this company given the issues I have outlined above.To his credit, when I did manage to get in touch, he was prompt in reviewing the problem but he merely put a band aid on the issue. I suggest others to have a professional builder compliance inspector do full check before considering a property by this guy.
