I was in a lot of shoulder pain & my GP suggested a cortisone injectioni refused and wanted to.find out the root of my pain, not mask itMy first visit with Aivi , I was made to feel very comfortable & it was instant reliefI knew I had a long way to go but i walked out lighter. She is amazing with her technique & each time i feel the healing process working.I then saw Dale from the sports injury side and he gave me exercises to go with Aivi. I am still having treatment fortnightly but each week gets better.Because of their work I am not feeling depressed with my pain & I sleeping better.I recommend the both of them and you are made to feel welcome by the receptionist as soon as you make your appointment.5/5

I have been seeing Aivi for years, for various things that have come up, including hurting my back, shoulder pain, neck issues and currently TMJ in my jaw. I call her 'magic fingers' because she is amazing. My jaw had been hurting over 10 months, never considered physio might help and after the first visit the improvement was massive. As for personality, Aivi is absolutely lovely and so is Daniel, her Receptionist/Executive Assistant. If there's something they can do to make your life easier, they will do it.
