I don’t know what words to say with this being public however I know I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for everyone at the clinic. Fran, Jake, Genevieve... all amazing supportive and beautiful souls willing to go above and beyond to help with anything. My psychologist Kerry, I can’t even begin to thank enough. I’ve never in my life met a more caring soul with advice that has helped me through the darkest of times. Taking time out of meal breaks just to support me while being overseas during a crisis, checking on me far more than any other psychologist would and organising so much support so that I can get better. The support is far more than a simple psychology clinic - it’s like family. I feel safe and cared for and that I will always be heard and supported. I wouldn’t be here without Kerry and I wouldn’t be anywhere near where I am now without the guidance, truth, support and love I’ve received from everyone. So thank you team, for everything ❤️

Not recommended. Relationship counsellor failed to be impartial and made her dislike of me obvious (even my partner agreed). Counsellor also ended a session early. The front door is frequently closed between sessions and clients are greeted with a bad smell on entry. Mediocre Counsel.

Have been attending Good Counsel Psychology for a while now. Always feel welcomed by reception staff and the reception manager. Sessions are tailored to my needs depending on the day and what's going on. I feel heard and understood. I love that the techniques used are continually being updated and researched and practiced with professionalism, and if I ask a question an answer is always given or if they don't know, they find out..

Top-notch psychologists, soon acquiring a new member of staff specialising in ASD. They make you feel very welcome from the start with a lovely cup of tea or coffee, and the counselling room is really comfy and homely. Understanding, supportive and professional.

I was seeing Erin sometime ago. At the time I thought she was good but then found her to be unprofessional. Apparently I made a comment she didn't like and instead of dealing with it, I was told she couldn't see me anymore.
