Staff are very helpful and know their stuff. The trolleys are on the left when you walk in the shop. Wish I had more time to browse because it’s so big now. Worth the trip.

Big W, always got good things but wanted to give a shout out to the lady at the Service desk (sorry didn’t get her name but it was at 11:15am today) she was so helpful and great customer service.The Service desk was not far from the fitting rooms. There was no one attending the fitting rooms but three staff girls where at one table talking “folding” near the fitting rooms, not once did they help any customers it was busy and messy fitting rooms… disappointing to see…

Some real bargains here if you shop smart. We bought beach towels here 3 years ago that have been used everyday since for showering etc and they are still great. I think they were $5 each at the time. What a bargain.

The place to shop. One single place to have access to Coles, Woolsworth, Big W, David Jones, K Mart! Other than the bargain stalls, there are also famous labels. 5 hrs free parking! Yes, you really can spend so much time there!

Large, new store. Well laid out floorplan, cheap clothing, shoes, crockery etc. Of course the quality is based on price, so expect to get what you pay for. Staff is friendly & helpful. I prefer the Robina store.

I wouldn’t recommend going to this store to buy any party items (especially balloons). The guy at the balloon stand (who has long hair) was very rude and was not giving any respect nor did have any patience.
