Fraudsters. Do not buy from this company! Purchased TV online, claims it was delivered to wrong address, told me 3x they'd call back never did. Requested refund but are refusing. Lodging complaint with FairTrading NSW and NCAT

Do NOT buy anything from this company. They're refusing to refund money after they failed to deliver product. Each time i call they claim someone will call back.
