Owners are always smiling and greeting towards me and the food is amazing and very fair in price for the amount you get. Love this place and would definitely recommend.

The lady at the front is disrespectful and has has zero customer service skills. They don’t understand English and does not understand what you order (don’t even make an effort). Taste is good but takes forever to get ordered food. Would avoid this place for their rudeness and customer service. Really bad experience

I tried their chicken kebabs along with oven fresh baked bread and it was amazing! Both smell and taste pair with briyani rice make the perfect combo! Will come back for sure.. located strategically side by side with Dunya supermarket-Spudshed at the center of Thornlie..

I came with my boyfriend and took away the lamb kebab, but when I got home and opened the lid it was a chicken kebab. I called the phone on Google Maps but it didn't connect and I had no choice but to went back to the restaurant for a replacement, but the staff didn't admit the mistake and she ridiculed triumphantly. But my boyfriend knows I don't eat chicken so he can't get the wrong order. Then she tried to charge additional lamb kebab fee, but I refused and when I tried to leave the food that she made a mistake and leave the restaurant, another male staff said to me something dirty. What a wonderful service!

the portions here were really huge, definitely worth the price you pay. taste quality was also good. many a times though, they do run out quick. have not tried their breads, but have been told they are really good too.

Got take away shish kabab with rice. When opened at home i did not find any salad or sauce red or garlic. Paid 18 dollar for two skewers and rice. Shibsh was ok but rice hs no taste. I'll buy from Kabul Cafe next time. Quality is good and come with salad bread and sauses.

I ordered 8 naans, 2$ each, and I told them I was going shopping for a quick bit, then i would come collect the naan. I had already paid, and they said ok. So i went to shop, and after ~30 minutes, i came back. Keep in mind, before i went shopping, I eyed the food and saw the normal naans they use. When I came back, since i already purchased them, I asked them if the naans were ready. Then they said wait, they then whispered and took naans from a seperate place. I happily took them and did notice a size difference as I carried them, but I didn't check. Turns out when I got home , i checked and the naans were much smaller than usual. Very dissapointing, I expected my experience to be better.

Went to get take out - asked for rice and vegetables- charged me $20 I understand the food cost is high but can’t justify $20 for rice n some vegetables on top of rice ( not even separate)

If i could give you zero star i would definitely do that. disrespectful, zero customer service, overcharge the price of food not only once but 3 times until I found out the actual price( theif!!). Not happy and will never come back, good luck with your disgusting behaviour and overcharging customers.
