Apex Physiotherapy and Pilates Bicton

Renae has helped me with a number of issues over the last few years. In addition to quality treatment and the service from Apex, importantly they have provided me with rehab plans to avoid recurrence of any injuries. The worst of which was a back injury that had me booked in for surgery. Renae's program of Pilates and rehab has kept me away from the surgeons knife and able to continue to be active! I've been very happy to recommend apex to friends!

I have been going to Apex Physio and seeing Ash for roughly two years, initially with a sever knee injury which recovered swiftly with her treatment, and where for the first time I was comfortable enough to have dry needling done.While having treatment for my leg, Ash was made aware of my ongoing migraine problem through the associated GP records at the time and suggested treatment on the neck/shoulders could provide relief. Since then I have been regularly seeing Ash for this treatment and for the first time in my life have been migraine free for over a year and also been able to stop my intake of medication or painkillers for the migraines.I’ve always been happy to recommend Ash and Apex Physio to friends, family, co-workers.

After suffering from migraines for many years, I came in to receive some relief however after my treatment I walked away pain free! My tight back that was causing a limp was gone and the nausea from my migraine had dissipated. I cannot recommend Apex enough! They diagnose to root cause while relieving your symptoms. Although I live interstate, the team continues to check in and provide recommendations around maintenance. I only wish I lived in a Perth so I could visit more regularly.

The staff at Apex Physiotherapy are both professional and personable. They explain everything clearly and are really dedicated to getting you better! I have been treated for numerous Football injuries and they have always got me back on the field quickly. Highly recommended

Absolutely love the service here. My main go to is Renae and she's wonderful :) I came to Apex for first time with vertigo and Renae has helped me out so much. The entire team is actually really great too! They're all very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this outstanding service to anyone looking for physio!

Darcy Lubcke is an amazing physio! When I injured my neck I had such limited range of motion and was in extreme pain. After my first treatment session with him I was honestly shocked at the huge improvement in my range of motion. I booked with apex simply because I was able to get a booking last minute but I will be continuing to go to apex regardless of the long distance it is from my home. Could not recommend Darcy enough.

I just went to see Emily Hallett for a pelvic floor consultation and gosh was she fantastic. She is down to earth and made the experience really comfortable. You can tell she has extensive knowledge in women's health issues and her passion for the area shines through. She made me feel comfortable in a second and was kind in her approach. Thank you Emily for being so kind and fantastic at your job! I wouldn't hesitate to see her again and recommend all my friends to her.

I've been going to Apex Physiotherapy for over 2 years now. They are the most professional and friendly team. Fantastic knowledge base and they really listen to your concerns and your needs. They kept me on the tennis court until the end of season knowing how important it was for me to complete it (and win the final!) The team also readily let you know when less treatment is required and rehab can be done at home rather than having treatment at the clinic. Their diagnosis have been confirmed by Sports Physician Specialists clearly demonstrating their knowledge and expertise. I have also now completed 2 x 10 week blocks of pilates and can truly feel the difference in strength and flexibility.I really enjoy my appointments as it not only serves the purpose of addressing my sports injuries, it is such a friendly place I feel great when I leave.Highly recommend it to anyone!
