The best burgers in far North Queensland, a must stop off on your trip up north, anyone that doesn’t rate this 5 stars is delusional! Exceptional staff and service their burgers are made with love, I eat here every week and it gets better every time

Burgers outstanding. Juicy & flavoursome Patty & milk bun perfect. Generous fillings.I accidentally dropped a burger on way out & the guys just made me another one, no charge.Battered mackerel was excellent also. Chips solid.We were staying in Craiglie & worth the 10min drive (nearly as close as takeaway in Pt Douglas) & price reasonable.

Hands down the best food I had in Queensland. We were taken aback by the location and the appearance and it took us some time to find the place but it was sublime. We had fish & chips and barra burger and can’t recommend them enough.

The best burger I’ve had in QLD. Superb chips. Fantastic experience all around. Finally a great burger nearby. Everyone needs to frequent as much as possible. We cannot let this local treasure disappear.

Cooya Beach Fish & Chips
My wife and I found Cooya Beach Fish & Chips yesterday after reading some reviews and driving a fair distance to get there. It was absolutely worth it. The lovely young woman who served us was very friendly and helpful and made a delicious salad. We had grilled Barramundi that was also delicious and the chicken-salted chips were perfect. The staff were great and made it memorable. We wish them every success with their business. Highly recommended!

Went in with family couple of weeks ago. Service was beyond excellent, we ordered two burgers and a fish and chips. Salad was not an option but the staff were more than accommodating in making up a salad just for us. Probably one of the best fish and chips we've had, not to mention the amazing burgers as well. Location might not be the most convenient but it's 100% worth the trip. Thank you again!

It is pretty rare to find home made patties on burgers so cheap. Great flavour and excellent value for money. From the teen, she reckons the mayo was awesome!
