We loved our family photo session with Heidi during winter this year.Heidi instantly makes you feel more like her friend than a subject being photographed. She was so relaxed with my very active children, who were more interested in running and exploring than taking photos, but you can't tell that from the images she has captured. I chose Heidi for her artistic style and beautiful storytelling and as you can see she did not disappoint.I am so happy that I had this part of our life documented by Heidi. As a Mum we are usually the ones taking the family action shots and miss out being in photos. If you are reading this wishing you were in stunning photos with your children, then don't read the rest of this review! Just get in contact with Heidi now. You won't be disappointed.AND not only does Heidi run a great session and take magical images but dealing with Heidi before and after the shoot was a great experience too. I absolutely love the photos that Heidi took of my family!! The session was more of a family adventure than a typical photo shoot, which was so much more enjoyable for my active kids. Heidi perfectly captured what life is like right now and the personalities of each kid. And I am so happy to finally have a lovely family portrait (with me in it!) to put on the wall. Heidi provided lots of advice on how to prepare for the session and was extremely fast in sending us our photos. We cannot recommend her enough!

I booked Heidi in for a newborn shoot when our baby was 2 weeks old - and it's the best decision we made! While I was hesitant it'd be a bit early amidst the newborn chaos, Heidi made us feel completely at ease. She worked with our routine at home and took photos around that - it was completely relaxed and comfortable. And the images are absolutely beautiful! She captured that precious moment in time so perfectly. Once you meet Heidi, you'll feel like you've known her for years. We will definitely be booking Heidi again for future family milestones - highly recommend!

Honestly seeing the photos that Heidi took of our family made my husband and I a little teary. I love that she has captured such beautiful photos of our little ones playing and just doing their thing. Over the years we have had a few sessions with Heidi and we couldn't recommend her more. She is so lovely and her photos always turn out amazing.

When COVID had settled and travel restrictions were lifted, my parents were finally coming to Australia to meet their grandkids for the first time. I wanted to capture this time and give them wonderful memories to look at when they went back home, something better than the usual FaceTime screenshots they have so much of already. I didn’t realise that not all photographers do extended family shoots. Luckily, someone referred me to Heidi and I’m so glad we went for it!The whole experience was just flawless! From the planning to the photo session up until the photo gallery, Heidi was so easy to work with. She made the photo shoot feel so relaxed and enjoyable. I was a bit worried that the location i picked wasn’t pretty enough but she took amazing shoots. I look at our photos and they remind me of my family’s togetherness, love and warmth. Heidi captured my girls and I during a little beach holiday we had last week. I was so incredibly lucky to have been able to get a session with Heidi whilst she was in town as I just knew her style of photography is perfect for me and my very independent and busy little girls.I am a photographer and I know how important it is to get in front of the lens for a change and I am beyond grateful to have had Heidi capture our special memories.Heidi has the perfect balance of feeling like she isn’t even there to gently guiding the session so it flows and is completely natural.The photos she took are absolutely incredible and they paint the perfect picture of this time in our lives. Time goes by way too fast and having photos with my girls when they are still so little are priceless. One day I won’t be carrying them on my hip and they won’t want me to hold their hand as much.. it’s the little things that turn into the big things in life and Heidi captures alll the moments even the imperfect moments perfectly.

Oh. My. Goodness!!!! For my birthday this year, I turned the big THREE ZERO. I badly wanted family photos, so went for it - booking in with Heidi! I have never ever been happier with a gift. Heidi was amazing, fun, relaxed and so good with my children!! The girls were non stop laughing and playing, really comfortable having their picture taken by Heidi. We loved this experience and I could not be more thankful having lifelong gorgeous memories of my family together.
