Bunch of useless and slow individuals. Called them up pretty much got told to go somewhere else because I kept following up on a quote request. Mikayla in the showroom doesnt even bother getting back to you. I am never using this outfit again.

Today I went to Reece at North Lakes to get a cartridge for our kitchen tap. The unit is very unique and the boys took the cartridge out ensured I had the right part and reassembled it. Great service over and above what I expected. And all done with a smile. A big thank you.
