I have bought multiple badminton racquets (online) with specific requests each time. The staff were extremely responsive and fulfilled my requests with no issues at all. They strung and posted the racquets promptly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I recommend!

I had to exchange my $210 shoes - I did not wear them and they were in perfect condition. The lady said I was only allowed to try on 3 pairs and then had to choose. Needless to say, the pair I ended up with still does not fit well. Ridiculous. They won't see me again.

I wish I could give them a 0 star rating. Went in to buy badminton shoes for my 8 year old and none of the 2 salespersons was interested to talk/help. They don't even have a tool to measure the foot size! Won't allow to try more than 3 pairs of shoes. RUDE TO TALK! No knowledge about the product or its availability. Kept using their phones ALL THE TIME. No way I am going back to this shop!

Do not buy anything from here.. worst customer service. I tried to exchange my shoes because of wrong size and they charged $40. It’s worst place to buy things. Do not expect any customer service if you are buying things from this guys.

Like the fact that the shop opens 7 days a week, great convenience to customers. Good range of badminton gears: shoes, bags & strings. Very competitive prices & close to home, lol. The shop is tucked away but not hard to find.Oh~ they hold great range of Yonex rackets & guaranteed genuine.

Incredibly helpful staff that were very knowledgeable on shoe sizing across different brands. I was after some squash hard court shoes. I'm a size 7.5 in normal shoe sizing, but perfectly fitted an 8.5 in an awesome Yonex pair. Wouldn't have coped without the helpful and beautiful attitude from staff. Thank you.
