I was a daily regular here but since new staff and management have turned me away with the poor attitude and accused me of not paying for fuel after I spent $60 at the new takeaway cafe inside ( which the food is awesome) My bank record said I was charged for petrol. Quite ridiculous really after spending thousands of $$ at this servo.

My local as I only Iive across the road. The staff are usually always nice but I called in this afternoon 19/7 around 3pm and I was served by a blonde lady in her 40s. Rude as hell. Didn't acknowledge me and seem upset that I interrupted her conversation she was having with a customer and she was complaining about her job and how she only gets called if they can't find anyone and that she doesn't need this job. Just have to say, there are plenty of people out there that are struggling to find work if you don't want to do the job then quit and maybe they can find someone who actually appreciates the job more then you do

The service station is covered in AMPOL Woolworths branding including the fuel price and the bowser, with only a small EG fuel sign above the entry. When I was asked for a discount card or fuel card I produced an ampol fuels discount card. I was told by the shop attendant that this is obviously not an AMPOL store and they don’t accept they’re discount cards here. The store front is misleading with the true store name deliberately hidden to entice customers into thinking it is an actual AMPOL store.

Great assistance from staff. I filled up with petrol instead of diesel and they went out of their way to assist and make sure that i did not start the car until RACQ towing arrived - it was left parked at the bowser. many many thanks

Usually overpriced fuel. Rarely has water jugs filled and even had a dodgy pump that didn't automatically switch off and subsequently overflowed spilling fuel over my car and shoes. Staff always friendly.

Usually the Staff is very friendly. They run out of the hot specials (pies & sausages) very often. Seldom They are not happy to give cash out..I’ve previously heard ”We are not a bank...”. Great prices ie, 2L Milk is $2. The same price than a big grocery store.
