I have used Syrinx by Point of Rental in our hire business since 2008. This product is easy to use, is customizable, scalable and more importantly has a stable operating system. The user support is fantastic and the software is under constant development ... from user feedback and requests.Point of Rental allowed me to select software that paired with my business operation. I did not have to change my business operation to suit the software.This software must be considered if you are looking at hire management software!

I've been dealing with Point-of-Rental recently with implementing their Syrinx product. They have been excellent at providing the best customer service I have experienced in the rental software industry. It's easy to reach someone on their team when I need help, and they are fast to respond, unlike my previous rental software provider, who left me hanging! POR, you should be proud of your product, professionalism and team because I'm proud to be a customer!
