Simon Han from CTB is an excellent and responsive professional.I have been in situations which were critical and I have had an immediate response if he is available but obviously he works with may clients but the worst situation has been a wait of 2+ hours. The matter is generally resolved with great speed and accuracy but if the problem is difficult he has other resources that can help resolve problems. I have never had any real down time due to a lack of action by Simon.I find his approach refreshing and focused.I find his approach positive.
