Excellent service! Called them to get a replacement for my husbands car. They came out to me within 15mins of my phone call and changed the battery. So quick and friendly staff! I highly recommend!

Before the battery had any issue, Marshall was a good company.I bought a second hands ranger, and the battery was replaced by the previous owner in 2020.The battery was working alright until recently dates, it had issues of voltage jumping, when I parking the car, the voltage jump from 12.5v to 12.7V then in the next morning become 11.7v, and soon as I start the motor and stop it in a minute, the voltage of the battery back to 12.5v. Went to the battery shop, and was told it could be something wrong with the battery, still under the warranty.Then I called Marshall battery, and this number ended up not being available. Then 30 seconds later an mobile number call me back and said he is from Marshall's battery, then I explain the situation to him, and he told me that the warranty was not transferable and declined my warranty request with a super bad attitude.I have several questions about it:1. In my personal opinion, the warranty should come with the product, not the first buyer. Unless the company don't believe in their products and wanna be responsibility free after the sale.This is legal to set a not traferable warranty, but you think this is a trustworthy company will do?2. marshallbatteriesOn the warranty page, the company did not mention the warranty not transferable, which is a misleading customers.Do you think Marshall batteries is a trustworthy company?*Everything mentioned above been recorded as evidence.Will contact ACCC later

Fantastic service by Marshall Batteries! Rang them and was told exactly when the technician would arrive, technician Damon did a great job. My problem was solved in 10 minutes and I was back on road. Will absolutely be using Marshall Batteries again and recommending to any of my friends and family !! No membership was required like the other companies.

If we could rate them 6 stars we would! Damon is very knowledgeable and was so helpful. He told us a lot about the battery we were getting, installed it in no time and even taught us a few new things about our car. Great service, couldn’t recommend them highly enough

My Audi Q3 could not start and had a error message as Brake Failure . I was asked to tow the car to Audi SA Service but decided to call Marshall Batteries SA through a referral. The service from Damon washighly commendable. Very knowledgeable on imported cars and explained the cause of the malfunction was likely to be the battery. Promptlyarrived same day and replaced the battery and re programmed it and my Audi is mobile again within an hour. Fantastic service and price. Thoroughly recommended Marshall Batteries SA to friends and any one with Battery problem. Keep up the good work MB !

Amazing service. Came out within the hour and swapped the battery over in barely no time at all. Offered to try jump starting first so no over sell either.

I rang Marshall Batteries last evening. My car battery died as my son left the lights on. Very prompt service by Marshall Batteries, the technician was very friendly, efficient and arrived within 1/2 an hour. I am highly impressed with their service.

Excellent prompt service...came exactly in the stated time frame. Damon the technician was very professional and lovely. It was cheaper to have Marshall batteries come to my house and replace my battery than it would of been to buy one and install it myself! Highly recommend this service and I would use again if the need arises. Very happy customer!
