Very competitive pricing and easy online ordering with prompt answers to queries. The large sliding doors I ordered arrived at the nominated time and the delivery staff were great, negotiating a tight access site without complaint. The doors are well made and slide and latch smoothly. I thoroughly recommend the staff, process and product.

Purchased 7 new double glazed aluminium frame windows and 2 aluminium frame sliding doors from A&D for $11,900.All products had issues, A&D refered issues to Bradnams with response of sliders don't have weather seals, scratchs will be spray painted to fix, 2 x bent sash to be replaced, 2 x short reveal to be replaced.Its quite apparent A&D's supplier Bradnams have zero inhouse quality control or pre dispatch inspections for any of there products nor does A&D take resposibilty for rectifications to there customers for products bought direct from them.A&D and Bradnams were advised of rejection of spray paint fix, as per ACL repair must match as per invoice description.After going back and forth with A&D's manufacturer i requested to A&D the defect parts be replaced with powder coat sections or a full refund.17 days layer no response from A&D, the matter has now be lodged with VCAT.A total of 31 scratchs on aluminium frames, 2 short reveals, 1 bent outer frame, 2 bent window sash, 6 white paint finger prints, 1 offcut used in window glass seperator and 2 weather seals missing from sliders.I do not recommend to buy new windows or doors from A&D.

Have had nothing but great experiences with the team at A&D. Have purchased multiple items through these guys and couldn't recommend them more.I was sceptical buying stuff from a place so far away, but trust I'll get great service.Knowing that issues sometimes arise, they have been super accommodating and clear what they can do to assist, unless it has been a clearance item.Check this place out.

First the quality , I am very happy with this product , what I need is available and good quality. But what has to be expressed is that also the supplier and their staff are outstanding. Their attention to detail, to make sure You need what your asking for, to avoid changes and wait time. Even on having to wait , the estimates are fair , given the current supply and demand in the market. And the staff! What can I possibly say? The office staff are wonderful, well informed on the product range they carry and are fast to respond to questions or concerns. Thank you to Chantelle for a wonderful experience . A rather overwhelming thing to deal with. Will certainly return .
