I had brought little things from these guys, but never anything major. When I wanted a new, corded, hammer drill, I decided to give these guys a go. Honestly, as stupid as it sounds, I kind of had the impression that they dealt with tradies and weren't too interested in the DIY guys. Probably they do, but you wouldn't know it. The girl really knew her stuff, and thirty minutes later I had a brand new Hitachi for about twenty dollars cheaper than the big guy. I was really impressed.

What miserable staff! No pleasantries not even a “how can I help you”. Go and get my gear - get to the counter and all I got was a grim “cash or card”. I paid then not even a thanks- don’t help them keep in business - will never buy from them again!

Love the new shop, parking is good, the boys have set the shop up well, plenty of range to pick from, staff is very helpful, though some overhead signs to let me know what is stocked in each Isle would be helpful, overall a big change from the old shop, of to a good start, hope it keeps getting better as I only want to shop local.
