In dealing with this company for my 99 year old mothers glasses whom had just gone into aged care for the first time. There were issues with the glasses but Zoe in the office was respectful and professional to deal with and after many weeks of waiting for the correctly fitting glasses to be made , and finally the pair were rectified and all was good . I had told Zoe l would need to pay for the purchase of two pairs of glasses totally over $800 and today when l rang to make payment l was confronted by a combative rude man who demanded l pay in full. He bullied and intimidated me and l ended up hanging up . This man was angry and had decided in his biased thinking that l was the issue and was so unprofessional and completely lacking in any understanding, he has then rang the aged care advising them he will be taking back the glasses from my 99 year old mother. Is this 2023!??? Well this may be how you operate in Ireland Mr rude Irishman .A full complaint will be made about your conduct with this company.Further no one has contacted me to date Re this issue ????

Healthcare 2 You provided an excellent in-house service to my mother. Communication (verbal and electronically) was clear and precise. The finished product was received in a timely manner and to the exact requirement. I highly recommend their services.

Good service provided to my mother in aged care. However the link that was sent to me via email to notify Healthcare 2 You of the wish to receive annual check ups doesn’t work, and I’ve had no response to my email so that I can rectify the issue.

Bruce was very happy with care taken perscribing his new glasses I personally thought the price was alittle high as we are pensioners but I presumeyou have to pay that for in-house service

I was very happy with the service that my elderly father received from Healthcare 2 You. He is increasingly frail and it's wonderful to have an allied health service that can visit him in his aged care facility rather than take him to an external appointment which he finds exhausting. I was called after his appointment and given a full report of dad's current eye health and vision. Based on the assessment, dad was able to select frames for his new glasses and everything has been straightforward and highly satisfactory.

Barbara: I am Mervyn’s sister. and have his Enduring Power of Attorney as he is in full time care, now. His new glasses have been ordered but he has not got them yet. Meantime he has had a fall and broken his glasses and now hasthe one good lens left taped to his nose and I have asked that his new ones be made and send urgently. If possible, please help!

It’s was our first time with healthcare 2u and they explained everything so that my mum would have the right glasses I really appreciated them ringing to explain everything from start to finish which made me feel part of her assessment. I would 100% recommended this business!!!!!

New expensive glasses from you coincided with Mum not being able to see the TV or read. I did ask to be contacted but wasn't. Now I am hesistant about a request for new visit. At the least provide elderly people with cases they are likely to be able to open themselves.

Great Eye Care Service for people who can't leave their home or in a nursing home setting. Total eyecare check and delivery to your doorstep. Such a wonderful service for the elderly.

Mum was very happy with the service she received! She is looking forward to her new purple glasses.
