ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED was booked in for being a model in there education session to get hair extensions done and paid for it travelled interstate paid for flights hotels car hire and took time or work just to come to appointment the morning of the appointment get a message saying that skye was sick and that it will Not go ahead and that they promise to make this up to us and to rebook it for another date I understand people can get sick and have compassion but then they directly send me a refund instead of rebooking me or trying to compensate for all the inconvenience and costs then they block me from there instagram accounts.Really unprofessional and disappointed on how they handled themselves....

Love , love ,love ♥️ Had my microbonds in for 8months , the quality of hair is unbeatable. Very minimal hair loss and stayed looking amazing and fresh even after colouring and getting haircuts. Couldn’t recommend enough!! Skye’s skills and the wonderful team at HOH make the experience one to keep coming back for. Wealth of knowledge, amazing quality and lovely staff ☺️

I couldn’t recommend Skye more highly, her genuineness and professionalism is so unique along with her personality. Talking to Bree throughout the booking process was also high level service, always very informative and genuine. You both work beautifully together and congratulations on rebuilding it showed tremendous amount of strength and inspiration. Thankyou again x

Absolutely everything was perfection! The salon, the colour match of the extensions, the level of detail and service, the professionalism and heartwarming welcome from both Skye and Brielle was incredible. With regards to the extensions, they were a perfect match, lightweight, fitted immaculately and I don’t even feel like I have anything in my hair (except for the new length of course). They are extremely comfortable to wear because of the way Skye has installed them. It’s a 10/10 on all fronts and i’m excited to go back again knowing that there’s no where else i’d want my extensions done.

I love Skye's work. Colour matching is good. The tiny extensions she put in are barely noticeable. They feel almost natural. And Skye seems to know how many pieces to put in to make it feel and look right. There's no pulling as I wear the extensions. The extensions seem to be lasting without sliding off. I have had extensions installed 6 times over the years with other stylists, but Skye's are by far the best to date.

Decided to share my story with this salon because it’s not normal how everyone were treated after the salon burn.I went there before the burn. One of Skyes worker was doing my extensions, she was really lovely and I asked her to add more lighter extensions. She was scared to do that because apparently the owner (Skye) would have been really upset with her. Eventually I offered to write a letter to the owner that I asked to add more ligher ones because my top part was lighter, she agreed and eventually the end result was really nice. Just says a lot about the owner if workers are scared of you.After the burn I went to different place to get my extensions done, where they offer genuine Russian hair extensions.Hair of Extensions hair are not even comparable with the real Russian hair.They said that their hair is double drawn Russian hair and it can be mixture of everything apparently. House of extensions hair smelled like chemicals for a long time, also they applied big bonds to my fine blonde hair, there is no customisation.Also wanted to address the attitude what everyone has been getting after the fire. My friend was left with non-refundable credit, so did lot of other clients.This place has really good marketing, don’t fall for that, there is much better places, but guess what- they don’t need to advertise themselves like this :)And using your own words Skye- no need to respond to this.
