Amazing service, amazing results! We got my sister’s hair dyed for the first time, and she couldn’t be happier. Chris was an amazing stylist and worked on her hair meticulously! He made the whole experience great. The other staff were super considerate, too, offering teas, coffees, and biscuits while we waited. Even when we had some issues with payment, the staff were incredibly considerate and fixed any mistakes. Definitely would come to this amazing salon again!

I had my hair done about a month ago and I’d say mixed reviews.Colour - love! I wanted honey blonde and they deliveredPlace - really nice interior, lovely staff, super convenient to get to on the tramPrice - It seems on par with other places I researched in Canberra. I could only book full head of foils online so I said in the notes to add a haircut. I also sent photos of my hair and said it may only need the roots done as I have had my hair coloured only 5 months ago. When we chatted on the phone, the hairdresser quoted the price as $360 and said it would only be more if I needed a treatment. When I got there, they quoted around $440. I questioned it and the hairdresser said $360 was without the haircut. This could have easily been miscommunication on my end.But as she was doing my hair, I asked whether the appointment could have been for just a roots touch up. She said yes and I said I’d do that next time. She kindly only charged me $300 which is how much the roots touch up is. ($360 was for full head fouls). However, I’m curious if she would have done that if I hadn’t questioned it.My biggest gripe however is the blending of colour near my roots. It’s only been a month and I feel like I want to get it done again. During the appointment, my hairdresser was blending the bleach quite harshly towards my roots. I’ve had my hair done a lot of times and I was worried it was a bit rushed. So I asked if it would look natural and faded in. She said yes. But to me, after one month the colour looks really harsh. I’ll add photos to see.

I hate doing doing this as up until recently my experiences at Eden were outstanding and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.My last experience has left me so upset, frustrated and feeling that I have been unheard. What makes this worse it wasn't even in the salon but the customer service I received.I do take some ownership as I did move my appointment a few times (on 2 occasions I was unwell and wanted to do the right thing) but always gave 48-72 hours notice, which aligns with the cancellation policy listed on the website.The last time I went to reschedule my appointment due to a work commitment, I was told that was fine but that I would have to call to book my next appointment or book online. I questioned this as I had paid my $100 deposit. I received no answer for weeks. I sent a further email asking what was happening and where my deposit was.I was then told that I would have to pay a further $50 to book an appointment and my $100 was forfeited because I had rearranged my appointment too many times. Nowhere does it state that this is a policy and I was not told that rescheduling my appointment the last time would result in this.I complained and was hoping on this instance there could be some room for movement but nope, I haven't heard anything since and I am out of pocket $100 with what seems like no hope of getting this back (either refunded or using for a service).I feel as though deposits are a no win for the consumer! I always seem to lose and am very hesitant in going to services where a deposit is asked for. I am so upset by the way I was treated and almost just dismissed with no consideration. As I said, I take some ownership but I will never come back her because of this experience and it's a shame because it is a beautiful salon that I have had amazing experiences in.

Had a wonderful first appointment at Eden today - Katie nailed exactly what I wanted with my new style, couldn't be happier! Very glad to have found such a lovely salon, will definitely be back :)

This was my very first time visiting the salon the service was very good and luxurious feeling. My shout to Emma who was my hair stylist for today at 10am and did a very good job shampooing, treatment and hair cut I like to have my hair message was a very nice feeling someone with autism finds it sensory. Hopefully I come back next time

I want to thank Arttyz for being so outstanding during my appointment today. It was my first time at Eden Hair Energy and I left smiling with a beautiful hair cut. She provided great service and had excellent attention to detail.

Absolutely loved my hair experience today at Eden Hair Energy. The salon has such a relaxing energy and I was well looked after by the ladies. A MASSIVE shout out to Ally, although it was my first appointment with her, she already had a vision for my hair and stepped me through each and every step. She is unreal at what she does and I could not be happier with my hair and the overall experience. Thanks team! X

Great atmosphere and salon space, comfortable chairs, excellent customer service. Really liked how they printed out a price quote as well!
