Very good service and very quick. Needed to quickly fix my phone screen and was fixed in 50 minutes!!

Can't give zero Star so putting one star in there. Went to the Phonephix shop to get a Samsung A51 screen replaced on a 11 month old phone. Price was less from other quotes I got. Paid $160 for the screen but they first destroyed the back cover and advised to get a black one on a Aqua green phone. I did not agree and despite paying a $100 deposit , I had to leave my phone there untill the green one arrived (after 2 days).After a month phone won't charge. Went back to them to check and when they opened the phone , its battery was swollen. I agreed to pay more money (can't recall how much) and they tried replacing few things (battery/Connector etc) it did not charge. This time again i visited them 3 times in a week as they would get the part first and then call me, on my 3rd visit, I went there and saw that they were using some alcoholic liquid on another phone to dismantle the back cover, I realized that they must have spoiled the battery and then some other circuit in the phone when they fixed my phone originally. That is the last I went to that shop. I bought a new phone. Found the receipt while cleaning up kids room , so thought would attach and put a review.

They are best at their jobs with low price and good quality. Keep it up guys!!!

Helped heaps with my Android auto and USB cable issue. A true gentleman, went out of he's way to help me. 10/10 service and extremely helpful gentleman. Will definitely come back for any help I need with phone issues.

My screen was black wouldn’t turn on. He diagnosed and gave me a new screen in less that 15 minutes! He’s so nice and gets the job done! Will definitely come back!!

Initially I was quoted $80 for an iPhone battery replacement but when I went into store a week later, they charged me $100 as they said the usual cost is about $140+. However, my phone started having battery problems and was unable to update after the replacement and I also found out from Apple that they could've done the battery replacement officially for $109. I confronted PhonePhix the next day but they weren't very helpful at all and I was not at all pleased with their lack of transparency before and after the service. I won't be coming back here again.

Had my sons iPad mini screen replaced with a dull LCD under old management who refused to fix. New management offered to replace the screen and fix the issue, great communication, thanks. I would again return for other repairs and recommend to others.

Great Service and was very quick with resolving my cracked screen. Screen came out awesome. Cost is well priced compared to other places definitely worth getting your phone fixed here.
