Today when I visited there, the staff and service was fantastic and knew immediately the issue I had without me knowing much about plumbing, I arrived with a broken flush valve or flapper/seal not knowing what to say, and Costa, one of the customer representatives, was able to identify what I needed to do, provided basic instructions and helped me with a new bigger flush valve. His knowledge and generosity was outstanding, I was able to return back home, replace the flush value and it worked perfectly well, only needed to replace the flush buttons as it was a bit too long! It was my first time doing a DIY plumbing fix, and that store made it so easy for me, so I definitely highly recommend them! A shout out to the team there!
