Terrible experience with these guys. They tried to be friendly and quote me $1300 more than other services in the area for ducted heating unit replacement. When I called the office about it, they didn’t want to explain anything and asked the person who gave the quote to call me. That guy was unprofessional and started swearing at me for asking questions. Do you think all women are stupid and won’t do their research? I would give them zero rating if I could.

I would like to comment positively about their workmanship but sadly they never turned up for a quote.The first day they turned up 3hrs early and we weren't home so they said they would come back at the organised time. When they didn't turn up I texted to ask if they were still coming and eventually they rung to say they ran out of time to come but they would come Monday. My partner took the afternoon off work to be home and after me texting and calling twice they neither turned up or returned my calls.
