Yoga & Meditation school of India (Clayton Yoga studio)
I completed level 1 yoga teacher training last year and currently doing level 2. Both courses have been absolutely amazing with positive life changes. I’m a lot more flexible, fit and healthier mentally, physically and spiritually..I can’t praise Samir and Shilpa enough in their experience, wisdom, teaching style and educational program. I’ve been able to use my knowledge to help others, and in my own personal life... if you’re looking for traditional yoga (classes or teacher training) full of enlightenment, wisdom and consciousness, I highly recommended yoga school of India.
