AllI just went to this pathology there the girl who works here dont know how to take blood from the vane she pinched from my 2 hands with needle but she can't find the blood then I went to the other girl within seconds she took the blood from vane , what I am saying is useless fellows who does n't know the work getting employed in this pathology. Be careful if any one has got the same feeling please report to higher authorities immediately. We can 't entertain unskilled fellows in Healthcare system

I came here just before 8am to get a blood test on a Saturday and there was a queue of people also waiting. Gave up and went home after 1 hour because there were still people ahead of me waiting and no sense of urgency from staff to attend to their patients. A few people before me also left. No one should wait an hour or so for a simple blood test. Ridiculous!

Staff member I have not seen before effectively refused to accept my pathwest referral. I have never had this happen before. Maybe she couldn't be bothered taking the time to check it out. Thoroughly disgusted in this blonde haired woman!

Website says open till 6pm on Friday. Arrived at 5pm to find sign in door to say collection centre is closed. No explanation and no indication of when it will reopen.

There was only one lady getting samples on the day. She was nice and good attitude though. More like having chit chat and laughing. Serving slowly. 9 customers waiting to be served and the senior staff didn’t bother.

literally over 30 people waiting almost spilling out the door, clearly understaffed for the volume of customers looks like this is ongoing issue and nothing gets done about it based on other reviews

I’d give five stars for the staff but only 1 star for management. Saturday morning and this place is packed. Customers start arriving at 6.30 for the 7am open time coz they know there’s only one Collector rostered on until 8pm. I was impressed with the staff member this morning. You could tell she felt badly for the people having to wait however, she efficiently saw each person, and then spent a reassuring amount of time completing the paperwork.Roster more staff on opening.

I can't remember when l went it was a while ago but judging by reviews has only got worse!!! Went l went 3 women tried nothing all rude but then l was told not to come back AT ALL as none could get a vein ...Disgraceful no need to be rude then tell you not come back we'll maybe they should all leave Retrain and learn some manners...Absolutely Hopeless
