The trainer Luke is a very good communicator and trainer. He provided us with several real life examples and engaged us in many activities to keep engaged.There was not a moment where the training felt unnecessary.We were amazed at the skills of the trainer.If I would be taking a refresher course again in the future I would love to take it from LUKE.The location for training was easily accessible being in the CBD

The trainer was amazing! He kept our attention up all the time and he knows how to teach and be funny at the same time.I learnt a lot about the correct technics for asthma, snake bites, etc. and now I feel confident enough to help in case of an emergency! Great experience and highly recommended!

this was the best first aid trainer I have ever had. she had an easy going manner, she was able to include first aid strategies particular to my situation and environment. I would be happy to have her as a trainer for any future courses.

Recommend the face to face training session. Trainer Adam was excellent. Adam kept our attention by making the session entertaining. Adam talks fast to help get through all the content and maintain our attention. Throughout the course he asks for feedback and asks if we need him to slow down.I got more out of this course than I have with other providers in the past.

I’ve been to quite a few different first aid training sessions over time and this was one of the more memorable ones, I thought the teacher was perfect, created a good mood and was captivating the whole time, made it easier to grasp things and gave us plenty of handful tips to not only handle the stress but easy steps to take in real life situations (I’ve had to use my first aid in serious situations 3 times in the past and struggled a little afterwards, overthinking about what I could’ve done differently and where I made mistakes, even when all 3 situations went incredibly well and I did a good job) and I felt like most of the information given to us was easily understandable where as in the past it was too much all at once and most of it was forgotten. Brit did a great job, even when her slides didn’t work and she had to just go from memory. excellent work I really enjoyed it :), please let her know

The training was helpful and provided a wide variety of information covering several topics. The trainer was so much fun with a great sense of humour and abundant information. He was very helpful and supportive.

The process with this course was seem less. From the time of purchase to receiving my certificate in a timely manner. The online component was easy to navigate and our trainer Rebecca was professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions on the day. I would very highly recommend this course!

The training was good. The trainer had master all the topics. The venue was conducive for learning. It started and ended on time. Text, images, videos and demonstration followed by practical application were used to make sure that every topic is understood by the participants. Overall the training went well.
