The service was okay but the store extremely packed which makes it hard to shop, especially since I am a little clumsy. Thank goodness my darling friend was there to help me. #house

I have frequented your store and the service is just atrocious. I have even had someone talk me out of a sale when they pointed out that the item was a high price and why don’t I go to Kmart instead. So many missed sales opportunities. Zero actual assistance. So much in the shop but every time I ask the answer is “we don’t have that”. I needed help with a secret Santa gift today, $50 budget. I asked about bbq items, was told nothing in stock. No attempt to advise or lead me to another solution. Serious sales training required. No wonder the shop is so packed to the brim with stock that you can’t see any of the items.

I’ve bought stuff online. And chosen pick up. Someone(staff) had called me, but I was busy and totally forget call back(in Jan). Then my memory was coming back yesterday. I’ve sent to request for cancelation. But customer service person reply to “Our records are showing that you have picked up your order on the 17th of January”. Still I have not get to a stuff!! I don’t recommend it. This is scam for me.

Pretty inconvenient when I went to pay for my items with cash and they don’t accept cash which is a legal tender.Go woke go broke.Never shopping there again.

The girls working there are awesome. Can't say the same for the old bloke (i think he's the store manager), he's rude, slow, impatient and extremely incompetent with the technical side of the business. He should really stay behind the scenes and let the girls deal with the customers. Next time, I'll avoid him at all costs.

I went to buy an item in the store and when I went to pay with cash I was told we don’t take cash,I said even though it’s legal tender, they said they can’t take it and haven’t done so for years.Would not recommend shopping there as I unfortunately don’t have cards to pay for items.I find this very discriminatory especially for elderly people.
