Two of the sheer curtains ordered were smaller in width than what was required.The installer put a report in to get the two curtains replaced. I contacted Jan at the installations dept after a couple of days to enquire about the replacement. Jan was very helpful, had just read the report, and was in the process of making the new curtains with the amended measurements. Jan was very helpful and I was happy with the result. Would recommend ABC Blinds.

Phong the fitter ( and his wife ) ) were a lovely couple who installed our blinds quickly and efficiently . I would definitely recommend them to do your job if you get the opportunity. They look great . Thank you

Great experience at the Rockingham store today. I walked into the store with a bedroom blind and it’s broken pulley chain. The blind is some years old and so wasn’t feeling that confident.I was welcomed by the manager, Mel, “ Good morning, can I help you - oh broken chain”.She immediately went to the back room of the store and returned with a replacement chain.No payment was asked for. Mel then proceeded to give and overview and handy hints of how to replace the chain.It wasn’t so much that the chain was given freely impressed me - but the genuinely friendly smile and great service certainly did.It’s a store I would return too and recommend.

Went to ABC Blinds to get a new chain for my roller blind, was attended to by Sherry who helped me get the new parts I required, Very professional and pleasant to deal with , promp service. Thank you Sherry . Mike C

5/4 - Update this is going down to 1 star. 3 visits and still not completed the worst. Absolutely appalling.I just want to start this by saying that the gentleman who came out initially to measure up was lovely. Unfortunately at the time of installation is when things went down hill. Firstly they arrived and tried adding on costs for taking down the blinds which hadn't been discussed as I was told this was part of the cost. Then 3 rooms of blinds were the wronf measurement, 2 rooms the blinds were too long and dragging but were left up and my toddlers room didn't fit at all so she was left with a big open window. I was told I would have a call by midday that day (Friday) to discuss a plan and ensure the installer wrote a report stating what needed to happen. 2pm Friday came and no call so I touched base and the installation team promised me a call Saturday with an update. Same thing 3pm Saturday no word so I emaiked and left a voicemail. Monday I get told the installer still hadn't completed the report and blinds wouldn't be ready until Thursday or Friday. The communication is really lacking. The gentleman who quoted was lovely but unfortunately after this point everything has gone down hill. It's a shame. We are now left hoping that the blinds are ready Thursday and completed correctly. Not the best experience which is disappointing as ABC came highly recommended.

The most shocking service I've experienced in my entire life. We waited since May 2022 for 1 bedroom blind to be installed. All paid for, but when installation needs to happen it's a gazillion excuses. Communication is shocking, between the office and installation department, there is obviously zero communication. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Whatever system they use, it's NOT WORKING!If you are lucky enough to have your call answered, no one seems to know what's going on in the business. Too little space here to share my months of stories and excuses. But the very last one...Last week we got called, at long last, to book a day and time. It gets confirmed by email for Monday 31st around 9. Great stuff. Then Sunday a reminder comes through via sms. For Monday between 12 and 5.What the actual fudge!!!I ring the office first thing Monday morning....oooh no, sorry it's booked for 4pm Monday. Clearer and better communication will be appreciated. If you have one day a week to get a million things done. How do you plan your day and obligations if it's that difficult to just stick to either a morning OR an afternoon. Pick one and stick to it for the love of everything holy. I am so relieved to have this installed by the very nice INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. I hope I don't have to deal with this company any time soon. Never would be too soon. Weird that we have friends that thought they where great. But so many of my clients say the same thing, Terrible experience.
