Having very nervously joined F45 Claremont a year ago, I have grown in confidence, gained strength and lost 13.2% body fat. The trainers are supportive and encouraging as are the other members. Training at 5am, one needs the atmosphere to be upbeat and it is. If you are looking to make a change or liven up your workout, I highly recommend F45 Claremont.

This place is amazing it is run by Rick and zeti and we go 6 days out of 70 at 6 a.m. in the morning absolutely perfect have lost 6 kilos in 7 weeks and toned up immensely thanks guys

Fantastic amount of energy in the air. Great trainers. Parking is a bit tight; But there's a shopping center with 3hr free parking around the corner :)
