Came in on a Saturday, no other customers in sight. Two sales staff on the floor. Explained upfront and candidly that I was a fleet customer and asked to be shown a particular car. Salesman (didn't catch a name) was rude, dismissive, condescending, patronising and told me it wouldn't be fair" to give me his time seeing as he's "retail

Really disappointed in Morley Kia, my 85 year old mother brought a brand new Kia over six months ago, and paid extra to upgrade the rims which she never received, and we even brought the car in for the 3 month check and asked and asked and wrote texts, emails, letters, and phoned, and in the end just requested her money back. No response. No service. No rims. No money returned. .

As a ride share driver I'm warning all fellow colleagues to stay away from this place, they are cheats and unprofessional, they will charge you for things they haven't done, not only did they put my customers in danger but myself by returning my car after not doing the wheel alignment or the tyres and charging me on the reciept! Beware stay away!!
