Wallace Bishop Kotara

Visited this shop 2 weeks ago to purchase a bracelet. After shopping around with other jewellers for similar items I came back and saved approximately $200. So grateful to the saleswoman who assisted me and took out a lot of the pain for someone who doesn't buy a lot of jewellery. By the way she loved it! Many thanks.....

Was such a great experience in this store. The staff seemed to be genuine and not pressure you into anything, unlike many other jewellery stores. Provided great advice for care of products. Dione, Sam and Rhys were all so helpful! Thanks guys!

Poor customer service. Went in to look at a new tag Heuer watch ( while wear a tag Heuer watch I should say, so I definitely wasn't a tire kicker') When I walked in with my partner the two ladies were helping one customer and never greeted us at all even though they looked up and seen us. After a few minutes a lady walked in and she was immediately greeted and asked did she need help. It was clear at that point they didn't want or care about my business so I left and will spend my 5 or so k elsewhere."

My partner bought a ring that that was faulty and of poor quality. Have made numerous attempts to get a refund from the Store and Head Office. Continually have had to follow them up. After originally been told they would happily refund the purchase price they will now only offer a Store Credit. Would recommended that consumers purchase their jewellery elsewhere.

Exceptional service and care was taken towards us, in selecting the most perfect engagement ring!

This shop is addictive. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly making you feel special. Have spent lots of $$$ and probably many more in the future.

Today i went to Westfield Kotara looking for an anklet. I looked in every jewellery shop. Those i found were very fine and i expect would break easily. At Wallace Bishop i spoke with someone called Dionie (Diane?) Who suggested i purchase a more substantial chain and she would divide it and make it into an anklet and bracelet. Noone else that i had asked offered this. Dionie did it on the spot and was so kind and helpful. I am delighted with my purchase. Thank you Dionie.

I probably wouldn’t recommend this jeweller. I took my husband’s watch in to have the band replaced. I rang the Kotara store as they’re agents for Victornox. Kotara store told me to visit the Charlestown store because “they have more selection”. I went to Charlestown and they had to send the watch away! Whoever they sent it to, in Qld, rang me, gave me a price and said they’d let me know when it was ready. A couple of weeks later I received a text saying the watch was ready for collection. It was then I discovered it had not been repaired at all. I was given some story about the parts not being available because that watch was no longer in production - despite the fact the technician rang me and told me how much it was going to cost!! Not impressed. I ended up buying a new watch from somewhere else.
