Excellent customer care! StarTrak messed up the first delivery and they replaced the missing goods the same day. Fantastic service. Would definitely recommend. The boxes were good quality too.

I've ordered bags for my business, the quality was very bad , the bags easily stretch out and tear even it’s 40 microns.They showed me the samples before and the bags I received was different quality, they print their names on my bags without my authorisation , my Instagram & social media wasn’t add , i have previously requested it by email to be add, I personally advice their representative about how the social media is important to my business! After emailing him back he said it’s your fault when we sent you the draft !? I didn’t pay attention to the draft and I approved it because I was asked to approve the logo art !
