Absolutely outstanding customer service big thanks to Michael for fitting me in on such short notice. Flew down from Brisbane to Wollongong to pickup my new Subaru liberty B4 twin turbo and Michael was able to fit me in to get the car dyno tuned as for the results could not be happier these guys are simply oustanding, they know exactly what there doing explained everything I needed to know good kind honest genuine service. Michael is very knowledgeable and I can't fault them on anything the whole experience and process was just awesome. Had my brz tuned here (stage 1). I am so impressed by the quality and professionalism of Pulse Racing. They ended up getting an extra 25% power, which I am stoked about. However, I was not anticipating how significantly improved the driveability is. All across the rev range the car feels so much more responsive, and so much more satisfying to drive. Also improved my fuel economy significantly. For servicing or tuning, I can't recommend Pulse enough. My only regret is that I didn't discover the shop earlier!

I’d like to sincerely thank the team at Pulse Racing for their professionalism, incredibly high quality work and outstanding service on my MY99 GC8 WRX recently.In March 2022 I decided to purchase this vehicle to ‘bring back from the dead’. It was trashed by the previous owner and had been poorly looked after and maintained, with multiple faulty sensors, missing components etc.After taking the vehicle for ‘triage’ to three different mechanics on the Mid North Coast, I was referred to Pulse by a friend of mine.From the first phone call, I was incredibly impressed with Pulse’s customer service, advise and assistance.Michael was my first point of contact and my main contact from start to finish, and every phone call was sincere, knowledgeable, and great advice and explanations given every time.I initially dropped the vehicle off and asked them to triage the car so I had a clear list of things I knew MAY go wrong in future. Pulse created a list for me as well as a Dropbox link with images and a guide as to the priority of each item, in order. There was no dodgy claims of things being wrong that weren’t, just a sincere list and a good guideline as to the future health of the car.I had a set budget to work to, and Pulse were happy to accommodate this and advise what should be done, in what order, with a clear idea of costs throughout the process.As a customer, sometimes I felt like I was asking too much or being too difficult, but nothing was too much trouble. For example, I wanted to save on costs by removing the old front mount intercooler myself. I wanted to ship parts to them to fit from someone else. I had a set budget to work to. I needed to bring the car in on a trailer and on a weekend. I wanted changes to the invoice at the end – the list goes on, but nothing was too much and every change or request I asked for was done in a timely, friendly manner.As I lived four hours north, I arranged to collect the vehicle on a Sunday while they were closed.I collected the vehicle and from the first start to my final destination the car ran flawlessly – I was skeptical as the car had gone in with so many issues, but it honestly felt like an entirely new car. Fun, reliable, safely tuned, and great to drive which was a vast difference from the car I dropped off!I would highly recommend Pulse Racing to anyone, and I cannot speak highly enough of their quality, their customer service, their professionalism and their advice.I will be returning again future for more upgrades and more high quality work – thanks Pulse Team!
