Made it clear that we didnt want to apply for membership, after deciding we weren’t going to purchase the same number of goods. The lady serving us refused to cancel saying it had “gone through” even after arguing that we weren’t going to use it. Bit frustrating, these things should be easy to take off

I absolutely LOVE Rhodes Adairs Kids. Always so helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the manager and her staff. Over the years I have purchased many items for my daughter's room and about to head in tomorrow to find some things for my son's room. It's the only shop I enjoy going in - ever!

The staff here are helpful, friendly and patient. They are knowledgeable and honestly go above and beyond to make the customer experience exceptional. On top of this, Adairs already have such a lovely range of products anyway, but it’s great to see that you have exceptional staff to complement this!

Love this place. I got a spray from my mum for her room that smelt great. The clothes washes are great as well. Love the the big stem flowers come in a bunch for a reasonable price. The place smelt great, the staff was very friendly in answering all my queries and i left very happy with my purchases.

Total waste of a store.Not really a great range and pretty terrible quality to be honest. And they want to charge you to harvest your data and “offer” you advertised discounts. “It’s only $20 for a two year membership”. Someone should kick this lot up for he backside.

Have always shopped at Adair’s but unfortunately had a bad experience the last time I was there. The lady that helped me was amazing, she was very helpful and lovely. However another lady was not so nice to my children and I and the male manager was also very rude to me when I tried to defend myself. I tried calling customer service many times to report it but phones were always busy and despite putting my number in the queue I never received a call back. I also emailed them with still no reply. Very bad customer service and maybe try employing managers that care about the customer. I will never spend my money there again.

This is actually more of a review towards the costumer service than the shop. I purchased a furniture item that needed to be delivered and, at the time of the purchase I was told it would take up to 20 days to be delivered to the store. After the 20 days and still no delivery I contacted costumer service and was told it is in fact 6-8 weeks for delivery. Because of that I've asked to change the delivery to my home address instead and I was told by the costumer service that they had sent the new request to the courier and that it was okay. But then I get a call saying the item was delivered to the store. I've contacted again the costumer service and no apologies, I just got a reply saying I did advise the courier company to change to home delivery. Unfortunately they didn't and delivered to the store. " I consider this terrible costumer service to someone that spends large sum of money. Not once they offered to compensate for their misinformation or deliver to the address I've requested well in advance."
