The lady who took my blood was super friendly and my veins are actually hard to get but she did it in her first attempt and it was done correctly because the vials filled up instantly. Definitely one of the best place to get your blood taken on a weekend.

Great experience. Emma is friendly, makes you comfortable and is very skills finding veins. Will definitely be back.

Just don't go here. It will be the best choice for your mental health.

Go to another location. They only prepared for simple tests. Different nurses every day so they can get away with miscommunition and false promises. Long wait each time, and the urgent tick for the next visit is a lie.

Sue Edwards is very skillful with the needle. As my veins are not always visible on the surface skin, I always face issues with drawing blood for tests. Sue was quick and efficient and I did not feel any pain at all and she got it right just once!

Very frustrating.. the two times I have been there!The woman behind the counter will spend 10+ minutes having personal chat with people about herself before even acknowledging you’re still waiting to be served.Second time it happened I had to walk out.Please recognise that people are coming “before work” and “during work lunch break” and are limited with time, no one wants to be left waiting or hear you talk about yourself... Very frustrating

My blood test was the quickest one I’ve ever had! I am quite difficult when it comes to getting blood drawn but the phlebotomist was so understanding.

You could be forgiven for thinking that one QML branch is the same as any other, because let's face it, having a blood test (or other) is not necessarily something we look forward to. We've been to this particular QML 3 times now however, and it's actually at least a 30 minute drive from our house, with many others on the way that we could have visited. But our first visit was so special that we wouldn't even think of going elsewhere. On our most recent visit the ladies were incredibly patient with out little girl who had a fear-induced meltdown, and in the end their calmness and experience helped us all get through it without any issues. Thank you sincerely!!!

Unable to help with my tests, treated poorly, they are very unaccomdating to anybody with a movement disability as just told me to come back again another day. Disgusting treatment for somebody struggling with their health.
