Two significant considerations differentiated Natalie from other agents in making our choice. Firstly, we asked her to explain how she negotiates to achieve the best price. Natalie explained in detail how she applied her knowledge and skills – we felt that there was substance behind her explanation (and we saw the proof of that in the sales outcome). Secondly, she explained how using individual appointments with interested parties provided the opportunity for better outcomes for all parties compared to open houses – time for her to understand their needs and time for them to inspect the property and ask questions without bumping into a herd of strangers. We totally supported this approach as we are not fans of open houses.Importantly, there was no consideration of selling via auction which was consistent with our mindset and the seller-friendly Jenman system of real estate sales, of which Natalie is a strong proponent.Natalie is a professional, conscientious, courteous, respectful, thoroughly reliable and honest person.
