We recently purchased a house through the firm. As long standing clients was very disappointed in the service. Was told in writing our purchase was going to be given to a paralegal and from there was never kept updated, had to chase the paralegal continuously, as to the status and follow up emails; attended the office on 4 separate occasions (with notice that we were coming in), to be told by the receptionist each time the paralegal was too busy to come out and see or speak to us. Never saw or spoke with the paralegal in person throughout the entire process, not withstanding our attempts, and never heard from anyone else. The only one that seemed to care was the nice young receptionist who seemed embarrassed to having to brush us off.

They are most professional , friendly and resourceful. Solicitors and Lawyers can come and go but Files & Stibbe are Bribie Island born and bred!!! A terrific group of professional people who are happy to look after clients from anywhere!! If you need legal help, dont go past Files & Stibbe!!!
