Spoke to Andrew at Toll Dubbo re an issue was having locating a package. He let me know that the item had been shipped to and recieved in the Sydney Depot.If you read this Andrew.. thank you very much for your help, and excellent friendly customer service.

I pre ordered a game via jb hifi with express delivery (would arrive in 1 business day), the delivery was kind of a success but failed to knock on the door nor ring the doorbell so I was not alerted of them being here so now I have to find a way to get to the place I was told to pick it upTo add onto this the tracker was incredibly wrong as it mentioned my package being in Melbourne still so I couldn't use the tracker to see where my package was.overall fast delivery, just please use the doorbell so I know that you're here, I just want to play mario 3d allstars
