Pest Masters

Hired Cameron to do a pest inspection on a property which I am buying. Did the inspection but still have no report. Called him multiple times he said the next day 3 times still no report. Stay well away from this guy and Company he is a scammer.

Terrible. They do a really bad job and take no responsibility for it. Not worth hiring. Cameron came and did a dodgy 15 minute job which was completely unfit for what we hired him for. A proper company did the job Cameron was meant to do and it took over an hour to complete it. He has been reported to Fair Trading who let us know that he refused to cooperate with them. Appalling work ethic and extremely poor customer service. Definitely not recommended.

Contacted Cameron McDonald to do a recharge on our termite management system as according to the paperwork from the previous owners of the property, he was the guy who had installed the system initially. When Cameron quoted prices he offered a 10% discount if we paid by cash. Being pensioners we opted for the cash option.On 26th October, 2021, Cameron McDonald & his son supposedly performed a recharge on our termite management system. We paid him the cash & he promised to email the paperwork within 2 days. Fortunately, I had the foresight to get a receipt when I handed over the cash.November 8th & again on the 22nd November, I emailed Cameron as we hadn't received the paperwork.23rd November I did receive some paperwork but all the details were wrong - he'd put his own address in the section for Property At where my address should have been. The Date the work performed was incorrect & a couple of other anomalies, the Pest Masters logo had also been altered with the wording missing altogether.24th November I again sent an email pointing out these errors and asking for the paperwork to be corrected.7th December, I again asked for the corrected paperwork to be sent to me.13th December, an email from Cameron asking if I'd received the paperwork yet. To which I replied that I hadn't received the correct paperwork.I let this go over the Xmas/New Year period but on 11th February I again contacted Cameron asking for the correct paperwork and to date have heard nothing.I'm now starting to doubt whether he did actually recharge the units, but without paying someone to check I can't verify this.I definitely would not be recommending Cameron McDonald to anyone for any pest control services.Be aware - Be very very aware.To Add to this review:I have just contacted Pest Masters who inform me that Cameron McDonald is not one of their representatives.This guy is obviously a scam merchant.
