With the Don Russell not putting on a pantomime this year I took the grand kids to see a Christmas Carol at the Marloo theatre. What a let down! We left at the interval along with many others. The publicity should have stated it was not the story we know but just a series of spoofs & accidents. The only consolation was the girl who played Scrooge was very good.

Marloo is such a beautiful Theatre. When you go at night you arrive to garden lights and it feels magical. There isnt much parking in the main parking area, but they have more parking at the entrance of the driveway so try there. The cheap drinks at the bar is always a plus and the people there are always so friendly. Such a good theatre. Stage is big and good seats. 5 rows of seats but long rows. Great lighting and technology.

A simple but modern suburban theatre with a great local company of performers. Probably not more than 70 seat capacity. Very intimate and there are no bad seats.

Saw 'Christmas Carol tonight. Great night of entertainment. Really funny. Compare so good but also played about 5 characters. Clever composition. Great cast all round. Thanks guys.

I love Marloo! The people here are just lovely. Very knowledgeable about theatre, writing and music. They proud e a high standard of works from one acts to musicals. I have both been in plays and watched others and always have a great time.

This theatre is wonderful and I thoroughly enjoy the plays there. The acting by the teenagers and children there is second to none.
