Mitch has helped us out with many updates to our recently purchased 1970s home including the installation of sliding doors, door repairs, roof leak fixes and sealing wet areas of our bathroom. He is extremely knowledgeable and dependable and we have had full confidence in all the work he has done for us so far! We plan to hire him for future updates and have already recommended him to friends and family.

Mitch, at Northern Maintenance and Construction, has been the driving force behind our renovation of an 1890's Miner's Cottage. We initially engaged Mitch for one task but, even before that task was finished, we were asking him to do other work. He has done it all:Walls - He has repaired, replaced and built new ones. He has also had to batten the walls in preparation for plaster. There is not a wall in the house he has not touched.External Doors and Windows - He replaced the existing windows and doors, as well as installing two new sliding doors. He also prepared the roof/ceiling for two new skylights.Flooring - he has repaired or replaced the flooring, in preparation for laying of new laminate flooringCladding - He has reclad the house in new weatherboardsDecking - He will be doing this too.We have found Mitch to be extremely professional and reliable, and whose work is always to a high quality.
