I was told over the phone that someone was going to come out and give me a quote for my blocked toilet, then I decide whether I will accept or decline the quote. The man didn't take long to arrive, he didn't give me a quote, just put an ordinary plunger in the toilet (same one for $18 at bunnings), and it unclogged. He popped to the side of the house to see if the pipes were clear and they were. It took him less than a minute to unclog the toilet.. he was here for 10 mins or less all up. I was told the other man would call me and tell me the price later on. So a couple hours later I got a call, he said the man wasn't here for very long so he won't charge me the call out fee.. he said the amount and I was shocked. $363!! It took him a minute to unclog the toilet with an ordinary toilet plunger, and popped around the side to listen to the pipes for another minute. The rest was just conversation. I was mind blown. That was without the call out fee. I was never told a quote, he just started plunging while we were talking. He was here for 10 minutes or less and it cost $363!

Extremely happy with our bathroom vanities. We randomly popped into their showroom and met a gentleman named Simon. He and Sherry made me feel like a valued customer from the start. All the details were taken care of and a fair price was given to us on everything.The installer they use did a great job and you could tell he really cared about his work.The whole process from ordering to installation completing took around 4 days!I am a really fussy customer, yet I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again in the future.
