Absolute worst experience ive ever had buying a car. Had the car for a day after which it almost broke down due to severe oil leaks. Took them a couple of days to fix. When i got it back, it started leaking oil again the very next day. Had to bring it back again. The 3rd time Wasi gave me his word that everything was fine. (Meanwhile we were a month into this) the car kept on developing problems and I was getting quite sick of it. Ive had the pleasure of seeing how their mechanics go to work and they have no clue what they are doing. The 5th time i was there I told them i wanted a refund. Manager (Sam) said that was not going to happen. After I proved to him that he had sold me a car with high oil pressure (the cause of all the leaks) he told me that this was all he could do for me. He would offer to buy the car back(at a fraction of the price i paid for it no doubt). If you sell a car that you know has severe issues then fix it before you sell it instead of wasting someones time and money!Do not go here. They will sell you cars with issues and lie to your face about not knowing anything about cars and blame it on their incompetent mechanics.

Received excellent service from Wasi on the purchase of a used car. I found his attitude to to be exceptional from my original enquiry about the car through to completion of the sale. I feel that credit really is due to Wasi, and I will be happy to purchase again from empire. He is an honest dealer that is working hard to build a reputable business based on good service and integrity.

Stay away from this car dealer! He took my deposit of $250 for a vehicle I wanted to purchase. When I gave him notice to cancel,it took so many phone calls, text messages and a threat to report him to the authorities to do my refund before deducting $100. Just be aware that Wasi will give you the run around and when he is satisfied he will refund you. Absolutely distasteful service!

Absolutely dodgy my car is supposed to have head gaskets replaced and roadworthy the air conditioner is faulty the high beam did not work back to the dealers on 5 occasions paid for 3 months rego and only had the car for 2 weeks of the rego and now it’s back in another workshop being repaired to roadworthy standard I will be pursuing the matter with q cat tmr and fair trading just don’t do business with these people I gave multiple chances to make the vehicle right and was given nothing but the run around

Don't buy from this dealer I have put $5000 into a Mazda bravo to keep it going. After a year and the head gasket are gone now and so is the Ute. About $18000 lost in a 14 months

After this review, I got contacted by the business and they proceeded to call me names, degrade my character, swear at me and make me feel threatened; all of it in writing. They also trade as First Choice Motors.Please save your money and go elsewhere! I purchased a car for $14,500 in Nov 2022 and got a 3 month warranty. I should have run from this dealer when I paid for 6 months rego and they only gave me 3 months. The rego number they told me was different to what was on my car when I picked it up. After denying any responsibility, it took them a couple of weeks to sort out. The car had problems from the get go until the 5 week mark when all of a sudden many more things went wrong and I had only driven the car for 800kms. They said they would repair the car and kept it for 4 weeks. I got the car back with damage to a side panel, a buckled front number plate, missing spare wheel and engine warning lights with no coolant in the reservoir. A month later they have still not replaced the wheel and refuse to negotiate on the water pump that needs urgent replacing (and I had not had my car for 4 weeks). My car is still in warranty. They talk the talk but it stops there! Please learn from my experience and go elsewhere.

My son bought a car here and it is a complete lemon that has not lasted even 3 months. These people do not honour warranties and it is my belief that the roadworthy certification has been severely compromised. The car has a broken engine mount, cracked thermostate housing and cracked oil cooler causing water and oil to cross contaminate. They did have a look" at the car
