Wynstan - Blinds Doors Shutters Awnings

Laz did a wonderful job installing our blinds yesterday. He was extremely efficient and they look lovely. Appreciate how quickly they were installed. He bought us forward because of a cancellation. Virginia

Poor experience - do not use Wynstan.We had 6 sets plantation shutters installed in our apartment in September 2022. We noticed that 3 sets of bi-fold shutters have a huge gap up the top that defeats the point of having shutters as you can see out and light can come in. The gaps are so large that when guests come over they always comment and tell us to complain and ask for them to be replaced. We immediately raised this with the installer and were met with “take it up Wynstan”, to which we did.The staff at the Brookvale store were wonderful and very helpful, however since then we have had such a poor experience with the main customer service staff and still do not have a solution nearly 6 months later.Wynstan has been extremely disappointing and haven’t provided us with any updates, forcing us to call regularly to find out how we can resolve this issue. They also don't follow up when they say they will. Still waiting for a resolution....

We love the plantation shutters! We are very happy with Ryan and Alex installation works! On time and excellent workmanship. Thanks guys and Wynstan ! We have a lot of jobs done from crimsafe doors to now the shutters and we are very pleased with the services!

Security screens were installed by Joey who arrived at the appointed time and completed the job professionally. He also advised of the correct cleaning processes to keep the screens in perfect order. A job well done.

After we paid a deposit, we were given an install date, and the circus started. They had no idea what was going on, making and breaking promises every week. No ownership amd no idea, they don'teven return phone calls when you leave message. Showroom tells you to call head offic3, head office tell you to call dispatch. I was even promised a credit for the extended delay, then they demanded full payment on install day and simply ignored emails regarding the refund.Would never recommend this company.

We have used Wynstan for blinds at our home many times and have recommended them to our friends. They deliver and install on time and the products are of a high quality.

Avoid!!!! Roller blinds were installed in our property 3 years ago. The electric blinds were not installed correctly and the customer service is horrific. We have called multiple times to get help and they do not phone back! Install and forget. I do not recommend!!!! I would give zero if I could. Wish I had read more reviews prior as if you read above seems I am not alone. How is this company still in business!!!

Absolutely LOVE our new shutter blinds for our home/office window! Great price, excellent customer service, and stellar installation! The installation was efficient and the installer had the utmost professionalism, and kindly cleaned up the area beautifully afterwards too. Couldn't be happier, thanks Wynstan!
