This store has just about everything a person could want for they’re home. Great prices and plenty of stock, the Staff are lovely and the manager Bec goes above and beyond to make sure you walk out of that store with a smile. She is the heart and soul of house and her entire team are great! It’s always a wonderful pleasure to visit house

Deplorable service ... went to store at 4:55 on a Thursday doors closed lights on website said open til 9 ....waited til 5:01 staffmember named nakalah emerged from store i asked what time the store closed she advised 5 and asked what time it was in a smug tone i said 5:01 she said whats the problem then? I advised her i had made a special trip to the centre to purchase new frying pans and the website said the store was open til 9 she said in an aggressive tone what do you want me to do about it and stormed off ....

The store is a HR nightmare. No room to walk between stock, let alone viewing what you'd like to purchase. No signs stating No Refund policy...misleading...

This place re the employees understand what customer service is all about, 2 thumbs up !!!!

Purchased a 6 piece Baccarat Iconix cookware set + an additional saute pan. When it arrived EVERY single item was faulty/damaged, even down to every single lid. Absolutely shocking! Nearly $400 and the worst quality. I reached out to get a refund with photos of everything, followed the instructions given and sent back for a refund. Sent photos and notification that I had posted straight away. House said they would contact immediately once received and process refund. Tracking info said they received item 2 days after it was posted, never contacted me and I finally got a response from them after emailing again another 5 days later. They refunded part of the order but said the rest hasn't arrived yet. Tracking info shows they received everything on the 9th July. Have been communicating back and forth for over 2 weeks now!Called today after getting nowhere via email and was told the warehouse is searching for the product. Was told I would get an update today. Never received one. Am about to contact NSW Fair Trading as I don't feel I am getting anywhere and would like the rest of my refund.

Like another review we wanted to return a frying pan that they recommended but got terrible reviews when we checked it out at home. They refused a refund but gave us a store credit instead, which we have no use for. This is a terrible policy so instead of keeping me as a loyal customer, I will never buy from them again.
