Great little hideaway for a weekend away from the 'world'. Cottages are well appointed and have everything you could possibly want or need for a weekend away. Property is beautifully maintained with well marked walking tracks, the creek is a perfect place to swim or just sit and put your feet in . No mobile service in the valley - which is not a bad thing

A charming property nestled away at the foot of escarpment in Lamington National park. Jim and Kath were so welcoming and an absolute pleasure to deal with.We stayed in the pet friendly Christmas Creek cottage. Simple 1bed, 1 bath. Doesn't try to be anything it isn't. Cosy, clean and just up from the creek.My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.Would happily rebook

What a beautiful place to stay. we were so glad to be flooded in and spend an extra 2 days there. Jim and kathie were wonderful hosts and I wil we will definatly be going back to visit again.

Disconnect and reconnect with nature in an idelic location nestled in the mountains of Lamington. Stinson cottage was comfortable had all things to keep you busy reading music cooking or just chillin by the fire with red wine. A cave rock walk is local to the house and is 2 klms hike uphill so make sure your ready for the trail. Plenty of birdlife right out the front door with seed provided to entice. Bring any specific items you might like ie coffee machine and slowcooker as we did and enjoyed both. Bed and amenities all good. Stars are there but mist and clouds are often close by and chill the afternoon. A firepit is external to the house and will keep you warm

We stayed as a family of 5 in the Westray Cottage. 3 kids in the 2nd bedroom no problems. The cabin had everything needed- bring your own food etc though. Its a hike too get there but worth it. The indoor/ outdoor fire places, birds, river + tubing, bush walks, sky the dog we all fantastic. The serenity is so peaceful and relaxing. It was great also not being connected to the internet :). This was a such a good find and we will be travelling back.

Great spot, very peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of birds and wildlife. Cabins are excellent. Generous and helpful hosts. Great spot to stay and relax for a weekend or more.

Up there with the best. The attention to detail means you are wanting for nothing, everything the should be there is and more. Sky the dog is an added delight.

Beautiful stay. Area was really lovely, relaxing and calming. Just what i needed to destress. Cabins were very clean and well maintained. Wonderful hikes and bush walks on the property. My cabin had a spa, which was just lovely. The owners were really lovely and welcoming. Did not see another soul all weekend!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved it, we stayed in the Stinson cottage for an anniversary weekend away. The privacy was top-notch, cottage well appointed with the best shower & spa we've had from the many places we've stayed. Its a twitchers paradise with over a dozen different species visiting around about. Plenty of walks for not for the faint hearted.Thanks Kathy & Jim, well be back one day.
