From what I remember from my student days, Ikea definitely had better quality control than Coco and probably better customer service too. Do NOT buy from this company, just shocking. Have spent tens of thousands with this company, will never spend another cent

I recently had the pleasure of working with this furniture distribution company, and I can confidently say that it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Their attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and top-notch products make them a standout in their industry.First and foremost, the quality of the furniture is exceptional. I was impressed with the durability and sturdiness of the pieces I ordered, and I know that they will last for years to come.In addition to their fantastic products, the customer service was also outstanding. DO NOT buy from Coco. While their items may look nice, it’s not worth the time and hassle of it all. Items consistently delivered faulty or broken and then months and months of waiting for replacements, cancelled deliveries (without any notification whatsoever - I had to call them on the day to ask where they were only to find out the delivery was cancelled and it was going to be another month… and I’m still waiting). And when speaking with them, they don’t care how terrible the service is. You speak to someone new every time and they’ll get someone else to call back a week later. It’s happened every time I’ve shopped there. Seriously not worth the time, money or headache. Shop elsewhere.

Don’t buy anything in this store. At the time you are buying they will promise the items will arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. Then after 4 weeks they will send you an email saying that it will take 4 weeks more, 8 weeks in total. Then after 8 weeks they will send you another message or call you to say that it will take 4 weeks more, which means 12 weeks in total… and so far NOTHING has arrived. They have absolutely no respect to their customers.

The food was good but the peppermint tea was a disaster. It came in a metal teapot with a metal cup with no handle. Impossible to drink and ended up asking for a China cup to be able to enjoy it.I wish restaurants would consider practicality over aesthetics.

Terrible after sale service, have been waiting 4 months for a faulty couch to be repaired/replaced and we are going around in circles. Very frustrating and extremely disappointing that a company of this standard has such bad service . Will definitely avoid buying anything in the future from them

A shambles! We thought we were ordering our coffee table from a quality company. How wrong we were. Yes, a beautiful showroom with attractive products (albeit very highly priced). However, having placed the order and paid upfront we have then experienced a long saga of delays, cancelled deliveries (some at last minute), and blatently obvious issues with product quality when finally they managed to deliver. Quite clearly no quality inspection of product prior to delivery. All this compounded by an arrogant attitude from customer services, and zero apology or responsibilty shown by CoCo for any of these issues. A horrible experience. Our advice, steer clear, save your money and go to IKEA

First time I am writing a review for a company. I am a very tolerant and forgiving person but the treament my wife received at the store forced me to write this review. She was after a ceiling lamp and enquired about one of them. The store person (I can't even call her a customer service person) first told my wife that the lamp was out of stock but she could get the one on display however later on while talking to my wife changed her mind (she couldn't bothered I guess) and asked my wife to go and find another lamp in any other shop. Basicially asked my wife to leave. My wife felt insulted, looked down upon and ashamed. This happened on the 21st of March 2023 around lunch time. I hope the manager finds out who was on the shift and send the person to a customer service course or better send her home.
