Straight from the get go I knew I wanted to use A Custom Floor Sanding due to the professionalism of Bridgette.Brian who did the work was equally professional.Great communication and most importantly the work was done when they said it can be done.Would definitely recommend them 100 percent.

To say my wife and I were blown away with the way the floors have come up is putting it mildly. We are extremely happy with the finish and the colour match, all looks absolutely fantastic.When I met and asked Brian how he would go about filling a rectangular hole next to a skirting board in the original floor. He said he would use black silicon and blend it in. Well he went beyond that with the use of a piece timber and his blending in skills. Whilst we know where the hole was, we challenge anyone to find it. What a good fix – Thank you Brian.Brain also excelled with the finish inside a built in cupboard which was narrow and which had paint on it, from the lovely painters, but now it looks no different to the rest of the floors.Discussing my paint damaged floors and the quote with Bridgette was a breeze. Bridgettes knowledge and expertise put me at ease from the outset and throughout the procees. Thank you Bridgette.

Bryan did an excellent job of Sanding our floors and lacquering them.A custom floor was able to get our job done a very short notice to allow us to move in 2 days after the floors were finished.Thank you

Can't recommend A Custom Floor enough. We just recently had our wood floors resurfaced and Brian did a fantastic job. Additionally the team helped to replace broken floorboards and did a great job matching to the timber. The communication from Bridgette was excellent throughout and I was impressed with her knowledge of the whole process and options available. Additionally the team were flexible throughout the entire process with the types of finish available/staining options etc. 5 stars :)

Wow, what an amazing job! I am in love with my new floors. From start to finish Bridgette and Aaron happily answered all my questions, communicated well with me, there was barely any dust left in the house and my property was well taken care of. Michael’s professionalism, excellent communication, attention to detail and finishing of our floorboards exceeded our expectations.We engaged A Custom Flooring to sand and polish our kitchen floorboards in a >100 year old Queenslander cottage. The works included addressing the old boards and staining new boards. We highly valued Michael’s explanation of the proposed process to ensure the best colour-match, and noted his care and attention to detail in the application (e.g using masking tape to ensure no bleeding of stain).We were further impressed by the neatness of Michael’s work, with no dust created or messy splatters onto our new kitchen cabinets or skirting boards. The execution and finish of his work is immaculate.Further, both Michael and team member, Bridgette, were helpful in responding to our messages / queries, and also very considerate of my wife’s wellbeing as she was heavily pregnant.We highly recommend A Custom Flooring and will only use them again for future works.Finding a reliable and professional trade can be difficult and stressful. After a terrible experience with a previous flooring contractor (requiring reworks, subsequent builder repairs and repainting), we wished we had found A Custom Flooring earlier!
