Focus & Be (Bayswater Martial Arts & Yoga)
I've studied martial arts for ten years and have never found a higher quality of tuition nor better sense of camaraderie and respect among the students. The philosophy of least resistance is one that I agree with ethically and legally, and in short, I have never found a better martial arts club in all my life. My highest recommendation for anyone of any background or skill who is interested in tai chi, karate, weapons and more.

The yoga teachers are VERY good, I have seen 3 teachers and all are very experienced, helpful and supportive.
